Using AOL and having problems ?

  • In order to eliminate these problems, we recommend doing the following when you are preparing to access VVC's WebAccess email system:
    1. Connect to AOL as normal,
    2. Once connected, click "Start",
    3. Click "Run",
    4. In the "Run" field, type iexplore and press ENTER,
    5. With Internet Explorer open, type http://gw.vvc.edu in the "Address" field and press ENTER,
    6. Click on "email @ home",
    7. Click on "Access this Web Service now -->" (at the bottom-right of the screen),
    8. Login to VVC's WebAccess email system as usual,
    9. All functions will be available to you without errors or problems.
